My mother had a new roof and back door fitted and the level of work was outstanding. Mark was so polite and down to earth and his lads where the same polite clean workers respectful and also bloody good at what they do. the price for the level of work was more than reasonable. "Zend came out to replace my bay roof window a few weeks ago and I've been blown away by the quality of the work. I genuinely smile when I come home because it's such an improvement on the old lead one we had. Compared to similar roofs ours really stands out and for the price it was worth every penny. As a company, they were really professional to deal with, quoted on time and invoiced on time. I also had to wait a couple of days to be paid before I could pay them (something I've never had to do before) and they were accepting of that - not everyone would be so I think that adds to their professionalism as well. They also cleaned up like they were never there in the first place and again, not everyone does that. I'd definitely use them again for future work and would recommend them to others as well.”"
